All donations, monetary and/or services provided, are tax deductible. Funds may also be specifically offered by citizens, businesses, or organizations as reward money for the apprehension of offenders of specific crimes (i.e.-if a business or businesses had been victimized by a certain crime, money could be offered specifically as a reward for information leading to the apprehension and conviction of the perpetrator of that crime).
